Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Legal Collections expert to join our Collections Expert Unit, Team of Products and Public Entities Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to make the difference by being customers’ partner in times of financial difficulties while protecting bank interest and our way of working is Agile.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Legal Collections expert, you will:

Positively contribute to the team responsible for delivering a high-quality recovery collections service.

Co-create and lead i) the strategy to achieve the best-in-class collections services and performance, ii) the external collections agencies and Law Firms coordination and monitoring,iii) the precise implementation of regulatory changes and requirements.

Expertise inmanaging legal collections services, for direct portfolios or third-party services, for more than 3 - 5 years.

Degree in Law from an accredited law school.

Proficient knowledge of enforcement, payments and bankruptcy procedures. Competent in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word…). Strong communications and negotiation skills

High Level of English.

Expertise in NPL portfolio sales processes (Unsecured and Secured) or experience in the banking industry will be valued.

En ING estamos buscando a un/a Experto/a en Recuperaciones Judiciales (temporal)

Tu rol y tu entorno de trabajo:

Buscamos a una persona con talento, entusiasmo y experiencia en recuperaciones judiciales para unirse a laUnidad de Personas Expertas en Recobros, dentro delTribu de Productos y Entidades Públicas.

La misión de este equipo es marcar la diferencia, acompañando a nuestras clientas y clientes en momentos de dificultad financiera, protegiendo al mismo tiempo los intereses del banco. Y todo ello, trabajando en un entornoAgile.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como persona experta en Recuperaciones Judiciales, contribuirás activamente a:

• Aportar valor al equipo encargado de ofrecer un servicio de recobro de alta calidad.
• Co-crear y liderar:
  • La estrategia para alcanzar un servicio de recobros excelente.
  • La coordinación y seguimiento de agencias externas de recobro y despachos legales.
  • La implementación precisa de cambios y requisitos regulatorios.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Experiencia de entre 3 y 5 años (o más) gestionando servicios de recobro judicial, ya sea directamente o a través de terceros.
• Titulación en Derecho por una universidad reconocida.
• Conocimiento sólido de procedimientos de ejecución, pagos y concursos de acreedores.
• Competencia en herramientas de Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word…).
• Habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
• Nivel alto de inglés.

Se valorará experiencia en procesos de venta de carteras NPL (con o sin garantía) o en el sector bancario.
