Job Description:

Digital Analytics Expert will be responsible for driving optimal channels performance through his/her expertise in analytics, testing, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a background in Adobe Platforms, specifically Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tag manager and Adobe Target

Position requires excellent communication skills, problem solving and data driven approach, an orientation to detail and process, ability to work and maintain composure under tight deadlines, advanced expertise in digital web analytics and reporting, as well as knowledge about digital marketing principles and best practices.

This position also demands ability to work collaboratively in multi-functional teams and cross-teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use of advanced analytics tools, with a primary focus on Adobe Analytics, to gather insights into user behaviour, channels performance, and key metrics.
  • Help to define and implement A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to optimize and enhance overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for performance improvement based on data analysis of website/app/onboarding processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on analytics, testing, and optimization techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage the existing analytics resources and the relationships with the digital channels team.

Required skills and experience

  • Proven experience in digital performance optimization, analytics, and testing;
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Platforms, particularly Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target;
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and HTM;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights;
  • Solid understanding of website architecture, performance metrics, and best practices for use the data analytics for the marketing acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
