Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounts receivable transactions by reconciling the Receivables-Account on a daily basis. Resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate financial records.

• Monitor and follow up on overdue invoices. Execute the dunning process, including sending reminders to external counterparts, to ensure timely payment of outstanding receivables.

• Prepare and send newly created A/R invoices to clients and other external counterparts on a daily basis. Ensure that all invoices are accurate, complete, and sent out on time.

• Weekly booking of newly created A/R-Invoices to Receivables-Account. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to facilitate financial reporting and auditing processes.

• Support operational process evaluations and implement efficiencies by leveraging knowledge from day-to-day business and testing implementations in the test system.

• Edit guidelines, work instructions, and process documentation to minimize internal and external control risks.

• Support in Accounts Payables processes within the circle scope (e.g. distribution of incoming invoices or booking of corporate card statements)

• Provide support needed as defined by Subject Matter Experts and Circle Lead.

Qualifications:

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or a completed commercial training with subject-specific additional qualifications.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proven experience in accounts receivable/accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in accounts receivable/accounts payable.

• Well-founded standard IT knowledge and experience with subject-specific software (SAP).

• B.1 Level of German language proficiency (preferable).

• C.1 Level of English language proficiency.

• Proficiency in MS Office products.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.
