3. What can I expect from the program?

Participants will go through:

  • Foundation training in PEGA.
  • Instructor-led bootcamps with hands-on practice.
  • PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) Path training.
  • Regular coaching sessions with senior PEGA developers.
  • Practical application through hackathons and design sessions.

4. What are my responsibilities during the bootcamp?

  • Complete learning missions via PEGA Academy and the 2-month bootcamp.
  • Obtain PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
  • Work with senior PEGA developers and lead architects to identify technical solutions.
  • Perform component-level development tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with PEGA best practices and organizational standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide production support for existing PEGA applications.

5. What is the selection process?

The recruitment process includes:

  • Paper Screening
  • Phone Interview with Recruitment
  • Roadshow (Half-Day Program)
  • Codility Exam (Online Assessment)
  • Panel Interview
  • Job Interview

6. How long does the hiring process take?
Hiring Manager CV Interview → 2 days
Technical Interview & Live Coding Exam → 1 hour (face-to-face)
Final Exam → 30 minutes (face-to-face)


7. What is PEGA?
PEGA is a low-code development platform used to build business process management (BPM) and customer relationship management (CRM) applications.

8. Will I receive certification upon completion?
Yes, participants are expected to become PEGA Certified System Architects (CSA) within the program period.
