L’Authority Investigations & Relations Stageur supporta il team nell’analisi, lavorazione ed evasione degli atti di pignoramento e delle dichiarazioni di liquidazione giudiziale. Collabora altresì, nell’adempimento agli obblighi derivanti dalla gestione degli atti/dichiarazioni, con particolare riferimento alla tempestività nell’invio dei flussi informativi nonché delle comunicazioni ai destinatari predeterminati, nel rispetto delle scadenze normativamente previste.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporta il team nelle attività di:

  • Gestione degli atti di pignoramento, mediante analisi ed operatività concreta sui rapporti intestati al cliente, in ottemperanza a quanto normativamente previsto (blocco dei prodotti, inoltro della dichiarazione del terzo al creditore procedente, assegnazione delle somme e/o rinuncia con relativo sblocco dei rapporti);
  • Gestione delle dichiarazioni di liquidazione giudiziale, pervenute per il tramite del curatore fallimentare, mediante analisi, predisposizione ed inoltro delle informazioni relative ai rapporti attivi intestati al cliente nonché operatività concreta sugli stessi (blocco dei rapporti, trasferimento delle somme sul conto corrente dedicato alla procedura di liquidazione giudiziale e conseguente estinzione di tutti i rapporti);
  • Attività di controllo e reporting previsti per ogni singola tipologia di attività;
  • Coinvolgimento tempestivo delle funzioni Legal/Compliace/Antiriciclaggio per la condivisione delle azioni necessarie alla gestione di fattispecie particolari.
  • Gestione dei rapporti con il fornitore esterno.

Technical, Language and other Specialized Skills

  • Laurea in giurisprudenza o cultura equivalente;
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta.
