There is a great opportunity to join the ONE and only international expert centre (ING Hubs Slovakia) for ING international bank.

Our local HR department is looking for experienced HR professional, who would collaborate with our HR Experts to bring to life a differentiating employee experience. The main goal here is to improve employees' experience across the employee life cycle by improving effectiveness, quality and speed of delivery, while ensuring to be compliant and cost-efficient.

We won't lie to you, work is intense and very diverse, hence high level of energy, can-do-attitude, curiosity and great team spirit is required.

Main Tasks/activities

  • Accountable for providing daily Human Resource guidance, advice, and support employees and managers
  • Making correct HR data entries in the required systems (personal data, position related data, compensation, benefits etc.)
  • Ensuring timely storing of all obligatory HR documents
  • Creating contracts, amendments, contract extensions and their processing
  • Archiving all required documentation as per the established process such as child allowance forms, work permits, reference letters, entry forms, exit checklists, alumni forms etc.
  • Supporting time and absence administration in connection to the whole employee life cycle
  • Providing guidance and support to the involved parties in case of any related questions arise in connection to the labour law.
  • Being backup for other HR experts when needed (e.g. international mobility/international assignments, unpaid/paid/maternity

Personality requirements and skills

  • Experience in HR operations/admin (contract management, payroll support, personnel files, benefits processing, etc.) at least for 2 years
  • Knowledge of Slovak labor code (procedures and policies revision and update)
  • Active English language user
  • Open to fast paced HR environment
  • Experience with Workday HR software is a big advantage

Wage (gross): 1.700€ gross / month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
