We’re on the lookout for a Compliance Manager with deep expertise in Wholesale Banking AML Advisory. In this role, you’ll provide critical guidance to our first line of defence across Wholesale, Retail, and Business Banking, ensuring compliance with both local and global AML/CTF regulations.

You’ll be responsible for providing FCC advice to the Bank’s wholesale, retail and business banking, which requires a high degree of analysis, writing skills, decision making ability, communication and interpersonal skills.

You’ll be encouraged to think outside the box, coming up with innovative and different approaches to tasks.


What you’ll do

  • Drive the effective implementation and oversight of AML/CTF policies and procedures.
  • Advise 1st line teams and KYC Operations on AML/KYC requirements and best practices.
  • Identify and help close control gaps across business lines.
  • Support the Customer Integrity Committee with risk assessments and customer exit strategies.
  • Escalate issues through appropriate risk channels in a timely manner.
  • Ensure AML/KYC-related referrals and complaints are resolved within SLA.

What are we looking for?

  • 8+ years’ experience in AML within a global financial services environment.
  • Exceptional understanding of complex FCC (Financial Crime Compliance) issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and Excel.
