We’re on the hunt for a Senior Product Manager to join our Daily Banking, Digitalisation team for an exciting 12-month fixed term contract to shape our Daily Banking future onboarding journey.

Our ideal candidate will come from an extensive product management background, experience in digitisation, leading and delivering journey improvements and digitisation initiatives, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. You don’t have to come from a banking background but have solid experience in leading large digital transformation.

Daily Banking Tribe is responsible for driving the end-to-end performance of the Daily Banking business through development of a clear strategy and working collaboratively with all areas of the business to drive cross functional execution of this strategy.

In this role, you will be focused on continually improving the experience for our transaction banking and savings customers including driving strategic technology projects which digitise, enhance and automate the Daily Banking experience for customers.


What you’ll do

  • Lead the development and implementation of Daily Banking digitisation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Contact Centre, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Customer Interactions, Tech, and the Daily Banking tribe.
  • Analyse moments of truth and monitor customer feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for product, process, and service improvements.
  • Map, document and continuously improve customer journeys and processes to enhance efficiency and improve customer experience (CX).
  • Lead agile delivery of initiatives.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in systems and processes.

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years’ expertise in marketing, product management, and/or digitisation
  • 7+ years’ experience in product and digital experience
  • Experience in leading or influencing product, channel, and customer journey changes for improved digitisation, innovation, and customer experience
  • Professional experience in process improvement, organisational redesign, transformation, requiring analytical skills
  • Customer-centric approach in solutions
  • Agile environment capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extensive stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decisions
