We are looking for a Machine Learning Operations/Large Language Model Operations(MLOps/LLMOps) Engineerto join us in Warsaw. In this role, together with Data Scientists and Data Engineers, you will be responsible forstreamlining the process of taking machine learning (ML) modelsto production.You will participatein designing and building thesemodels, data pre-processing, performance tuning of ML models etc.Furthermore, you will also work on projects and initiatives where Large Language Models (LLMs) will be leveragedin the broader context of Generative AI solutions.

We are looking for You, if You:

  • have excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a semi-remote, globally distributed team. 

  • have working knowledge of Python.

  • have hands-on experience of building complex data pipelines, e.g. in Apache Spark.

  • have hands-on experience with technologies and frameworks used in ML, e.g.sklearn, MLFlow, etc.

  • have hands-on experience withNatural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks, as well as fine-tuning andbringingLarge Language Models to production.

You'll get extra points for:

  • being a continuous learner with a curious mindset, who iscollaborative and passionate about helping others to grow and improve.

  • knowledge of MLOps& LLMOpsarchitectures and practices.

  • experience with deployment and provisioning automation tools and concepts, e.g. Docker, Openshift, CI/CD.

  • hands-on experience of working with Google Gemini LLM and Vertex AI Platform.

  • good understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and Agentic Workflow frameworks.
