Want to help shape how customer data works across a global bank?

At ING, customer data connects customers, products and services across countries and business lines. Getting that foundation right is critical to creating great digital experiences, meeting regulatory expectations and enabling secure, efficient banking. It is the DNA of the digital operating model of the bank.

That is where Global Customer Domain (GCD) comes in. We design and deliver ING’s global customer data capabilities and enable customer data to be used consistently across the bank.

The Center of Expertise Customer Data Design defines the architecture and models behind these capabilities.
