The Team This role fits within the Architecture function under the EA office, providing team members the opportunity to share, mature, and continuously optimize the EA practice. You will work with a team of experts, set standards, and ensure the development and safeguarding of knowledge. You'll orchestrate practice optimizations, facilitating the bank's smooth evolution and strategic ambitions, while fostering collaboration across engineering, portfolio, and other areas.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., change management, portfolio, risk management, finance, engineering, strategy) to ensure alignment and integration of architecture processes with broader organizational processes.

  • Monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for all architecture-related processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.

  • Facilitate training and workshops for architects and other stakeholders, promoting understanding and adoption of optimized processes, while ensuring effective communication and coordination between teams and stakeholders.

  • Establish optimised processes and governance structures for architecture governance

  • Develop and embed roadmapping practices to ensure consistency in architecture practices

  • Orchestrate the architecture portfolio, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and that resources are effectively allocated to maximize impact and efficiency.
