As ING’s loyalty strategy expands internationally, we are introducing a new role to ensure that global solutions are successfully delivered across markets. This role is not about designing product features — it’s about turning vision into execution. You will be the driving force behind structured rollouts, country readiness, and stakeholder coordination at every level.

This role is distinct from product management: it focuses on delivery, not ownership of product content. You will partner closely with product teams but remain focused on aligning countries, ensuring smooth implementation, and making our loyalty ambitions a reality across borders.

Your role and responsibilities

As Global Delivery Manager for ING Loyalty, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end rollout of loyalty initiatives in coordination with global product, tech, legal, compliance, marketing, and country teams.
  • Translate strategic roadmaps into executable delivery plans across multiple countries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for country teams during implementation, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Define and maintain enablement toolkits (training, documentation) to support scalable market onboarding.
  • Facilitate operational alignment and readiness assessments before go-lives.
  • Monitor progress, resolve delivery blockers, and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Gather post-launch feedback and embed lessons learned into future rollouts.
  • Drive structured governance and reporting on implementation progress for senior stakeholders.

How to succeed

You are a natural problem solver with a can-do mentality. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to get things done in complex organizational settings.

You bring a proven track record in program delivery or business-to-IT coordination roles and are comfortable leading delivery streams that cut across functions, geographies, and layers of seniority.

Skills and experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in program management, transformation delivery, or complex operational execution (preferably within digital or financial services).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage delivery across multiple workstreams and countries simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills — able to drive clarity and alignment from strategy to execution.
  • Experience working closely with IT, legal, risk, marketing, and product teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting delivery approaches when needed.
  • Experience in customer loyalty, digital banking, or customer engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working and international delivery models.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance impact on digital initiatives.
