How does our traineeship look like?

Through the three rotations we will make sure that you that you get a fast-tracked transaction services experience which would normally take years. After the traineeship you will have grown as a banking professional and as a person.

You will be placed in three different teams and given clear assignments/projects which you finalize in 6 months’ time. The rotations and teams will depend on your skills, ambition and our organizational needs.

We have created a curriculum for you to follow: you will be building up technical and professional knowledge both by means of adequate in-person trainings, but also self-study and on-the-job experience. Next to that, we offer personal development tools and a mentor who will guide you throughout the entire duration of your traineeship. While the primary location of your work will be in Amsterdam, one of the rotations could be done abroad. After a successful completion of the three rotations you will be able to move into a permanent role.

Your responsibilities;

  • You learn about the evolving business and our priorities and use this knowledge to stay informed about decisions and create clarity for your work.
  • You contribute to reviewing existing operations in your own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
  • You prioritize your own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of quality and timeliness.
