Mission

The Process Management Specialist is in charge of managing the development and optimization projects, overseeing the quality within the KYC department, realising internal and external reports and making sure of their accuracy and completeness.

As a Process Management Specialist, you will:

  • Be responsible with the overall strategy and vision of the KYC processes under ownership, ensuring those are completely aligned with the other areas within KYC Alert Handling area and with the overarching KYC strategic direction and objectives.

  • Bear the full accountability over the success of the KYC AH reporting delivery and the achievement of all related performance indicators: CX, NFR, security, innovation, financial, technical etc.

  • Will act as specialist on cross-KYC projects, offering support to key stakeholders and ensuring delivery success.

Your day to day

  • Participates within different interdepartmental projects aiming to optimise the activity of the team, identifies optimal solutions and supports argumentations.

  • Monitors, analyses, realises and aligns reporting activities through direct contribution and with focus on accuracy, completeness and deadlines.

  • Accountable for the KYC/ AH processes vision and strategy throughout the processes’ lifecycle: anticipating trends & building new, innovative features, maintain existing features and decommission/replace features.

  • Monitors, analyses and realises recommendations for developing and updating the processes, aiming to implement efficient operational E2E flows.

  • Works closely with the Tribes and members of the business, with technical and support departments, and external suppliers.

  • Follows and reaches process KPIs and proposes solutions for improving them.

  • Represents the department for the owned projects by participating in meetings and informing the impacted stakeholders.

  • Coordinates the testing (User Acceptance Testing) within the department and implements new changes in production.

  • Takes feedback and improves the quality of work accordingly.

  • Offers trainings and guidance to new colleagues within the team.

What you bring to the team

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the banking operations field.

  • Bachelors’ degree/Masters’ degree, preferably in the Financial/Technical field.

  • Specialised courses in banking operations, knowledge of the applicable law and KYC processes.

  • Advanced English skills (C1).

  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Analytical skills, fast thinking and structuring capacity, proactivity and desire to pay the knowledge forward.

  • Good organisational and technical skills.

  • A pragmatic spirit, being solution-oriented and having the desire to constantly develop and improve.

  • Ability of solving problems, make informed decisions, foster creativity, and keep learning.

  • Negotiation skills and project management abilities.

  • Technical skills include Outlook, Microsoft Office package, Access or other internal applications specific to the banking domain.
