A day in the life of a Customer Journey Expert – Customer Data – NBP

  • Design and monitor the Customer Data landscape transformation in the New Banking Platform.
  • Take an active part in the implementation of differentiating New Banking Platform initiatives, tools, and processes of Customer Data.
  • Formulate viable solutions and initiatives, align on impact with other Tribes, CLT business.
  • Collaborate closely with IT engineers as one team, to make the transition a success.
  • Make sure the UX and EX benefits of the program.
  • Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment.
