Help shape how we learn, grow and lead at ING

You’ll join the Talent & Learning team, the centre of expertise for learning, leadership development and talent at ING. We translate business needs into learning and talent solutions that are practical, relevant and create real impact. As an intern, you’ll be part of this journey.

In practice, you will:

  • support the design of learning initiatives, with a strong focus on AI upskilling and interpersonal skills in the context of AI
  • contribute to leadership development and talent programmes
  • support the organisation of learning events, communities and sharing sessions
  • help create content such as toolkits or communication materials
  • collect and analyse feedback and data to understand what works and how we can improve
  • collaborate with stakeholders across HR and the business

You’ll get hands-on experience in how learning, leadership and talent development work together to support the business.
