A Day in the Life of a TSC

• You work within the Business Center as an advisor to Institutional and Midcorporate clients in the areas of Transaction Services: Payments and Cash Management (PCM), Deposits & Investments, and Trade Finance Services (TFS).

• In collaboration with the Relationship Managers, you are responsible for the commercial objectives of your client portfolio, with whom you conduct regular meetings in person or remotely via Teams and telephone.

• In pursuit of ING's overall strategy and Business Banking, you develop relationships with your clients and prospects by developing suitable proposals, negotiating them, and ensuring their successful implementation.

• You identify new sales opportunities for yourself or your colleagues and take initiatives to increase Transaction Services revenue and client satisfaction.

• As an expert in your field, you participate in promoting the Transaction Services business in the Business Center and organizing client events.

As a Transaction Services Consultant:

• You have a strong client focus with commercial energy and excellent negotiation skills

• You are technically inclined and have a strong understanding of Transaction Services products and services

• You have a strong team spirit, you collaborate and develop your internal and external network

• You are ambitious and want to achieve your goals

• You are well organized, with a vigilant approach to risks and compliance

• You speak French and Dutch with some working knowledge of English

• You have a Master's degree or equivalent through professional experience

• You have approximately 1 to 3 years of professional experience with professional clients and/or in Transaction Services

As a Transaction Services Consultant, you have the opportunity

The Team

As a Transaction Services Consultant, you report to the Business Center Director and help the team to achieve Transaction Services objectives. You are the local expert in Transaction Services activities for your colleagues (Relationship Manager, TS Sales Expert, CLT teams, etc.)
