HR Change & Experience Intern

3-6 months, flexible depending on university requirements

What you will do

Develop a collaborative HR platform for Business Evolutions, using SharePoint as the main environment.

Improve the stakeholder experience by making information easier to find,understandand use.

Create clear navigation, pagestructuresand content flows for different stakeholder groups.

Organisetemplates, documents, FAQs, processguidanceand communication materials.

Build practical toolkits that support managers, HRBPs,employeesand the Job-to-Job team.

Gather stakeholder input and feedback to continuously improve the platform and materials.

Expected deliverables

Collaborative platform

A SharePoint-based platform with clear pages,navigationand collaboration spaces.

Stakeholder experience flow

A structured overview of what each stakeholder needs throughout the Business Evolution process.

Communication & guidance toolkit

Templates, FAQs, guidancepagesand practical communication materials.

Content structure

Organiseddocument libraries, contentcategoriesand ownership recommendations.

Improvement roadmap

Recommendations to further improve the platform,contentand stakeholder experience.
