Mission

The Authorities Requests Investigations team, part of the Fraud Monitoring and Prevention Department, is looking for an enthusiastic intern to support the initial stages of handling requests received from authorities.
We are responsible for managing the relationship with state authorities by processing their requests for information and documentation.

Your day to day

  • Receive requests for information from the authorities detailed in the Internal Working manual.

  • Inserts into the database / internal platform all the data related to requests received from authorities.

  • Requests information and documents from the internal departments of the Bank.

  • Extracts and processes directly the data from the Bank's IT systems, where it has direct access, according to the degree of expertise.

  • Draw up the response to low complexity requests based on data and documents extracted from the Bank's IT systems and/or received from collaborating departments.

What you bring to the team

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Bachelor or Master program. A background in legal studies is considered an advantage.

  • Previous internship or project-based experience is a plus, especially in administrative, legal, or data-related areas.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured information.

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Team player who enjoys collaborating but can also work independently when needed.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Curious about how things work and motivated to contribute to meaningful projects.
