Assist the Corporate Finance and respective deal teams in the origination and execution of Corporate Finance transactions, including preparation of presentations, financial models and analyses, as well as memos for internal approvals, among others

Assist the Deal Director/s in managing day-to-day requirements of transactions, including coordination with members of the ING regional execution and sector teams, client representatives, and other advisors (e.g. lawyers, accountants, technical advisors, etc.)

Assist in completion of client due diligence for existing and prospective clients

Assist in preparation of and ensure compliance with internal requirements relating to Compliance, Business Continuity Planning, and Document Retention, as may be required
