IAM Support Analyst/ IAM Consultant

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • Experience working with processes related to Identity and Access Management

  • Ability to understand and read policies, processes and standards and apply them in daily work

  • Ability to analyse reported issues, troubleshoot them, identify gaps and propose solutions

  • Experience with providing customer support in IAM and / or IT on global level

  • Basic knowledge of risk concepts, risk management, compliance driven mindset

  • Ability to write documentation, communication and knowledge articles in English

You will get extra points for:

  • Experience with risk control evidencing

  • Experience with coordinating small/ medium projects

  • Good knowledge of Excel or other tools for data analysis

  • Very good communication skills in English

  • Commitment, accuracy, independence, having ability and willingness to learn quickly

  • Being an excellent team player - persistent, service oriented, customer centric, eager to learn

Your key responsibilities:

  • Supporting end users with IAM tools and processes

  • Maintaining and / or supporting IAM processes and operations

  • Delivering IAM related trainings, consultations, workshops

  • Maintaining IAM data in global IAM tools, i.e. performing data clean-ups, updates

  • Supporting global IAM programs and projects

  • Supporting other team operations

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III”
