We are looking for you if:

  • You are an experienced Java Developer,
  • You are ready for intensive training during your first months on the job and want to learn a new platform (Quantexa),
  • You are able to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

You'll get extra points for:

  • You have experience with Scala/Spark or are willing to learn them,
  • You have knowledge of Angular or are willing to learn it,
  • You have knowledge of Python or are willing to learn it,
  • You are interested in the area of Big Data and want to explore it,
  • Experience with CI/CD tools will be an advantage,
  • You are able to work with version control systems such as Git,
  • You have a basic knowledge of databases.

English level: B2

Your responsibilities:

  • Co-creation of a new team responsible for implementing AI solutions in banking,
  • Ongoing communication with business partners (in English),
  • Development of skills related to: Spark, Scala, data science and data analysis,
  • Development of leadership skills, a chance to become a tech lead.

Information about the team:

  • Newly created team responsible for implementing Quantexa solution in ING group,
  • Ultimately, the team will consist of 12 people (Java Developers, Angular Developers, Data Scientists),
  • Cooperation with ING units from different countries.
