Manager - Global Transaction and Facilities

Are you ready for a new challenge in Procurement? We’re building a brand-new team in ING Hubs Poland and looking for experienced professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally.

We are looking for you if you:

  • Have 4-5 years of experience in real estate transactions area,
  • Analytical skills, combined with a creative view on facts and figures, and the ability to summarize and synthetize findings in a clear and concise advice,
  • Have strong organizational abilities,
  • Skilful with numbers, calculation software and presentation tools,
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving,
  • Are proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments,
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity,
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written) (B2/C1).

You'll get extra points for:

  • Academic level, preferably in Real Estate and/or Master of Real Estate (MRE) or MBA preferred,

Your responsibilities for transaction management:

  • Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with and manage the performance of externally appointed advisors,
  • Support due diligences, market research, negotiations and financial analysis for property transactions,
  • Assist in preparing documentation for lease negotiations, acquisitions, and renewals in line with ING standards and compliancy policies,
  • Manage transactions while ensuring that real estate transaction is executed in full compliance with ING standards,
  • Provide specialist market insight which ensure successful completion and achievement of objectives across the ING portfolio,
  • Support with Business Cases, department cost savings presentation and ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting,
  • Administration of accurate records of tasks, critical dates, and compliance requirements,
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., Tier 1, Tier 2, brokers, legal teams, etc).

Your responsibilities for facilities management:

  • Develop and build a roadmap for ING Global Facilities Program and set out its scope & strategy (soft services, workplace experience, logistics and physical security across all ING locations),
  • Communicate actions for function's strategy and business plan implementation to stakeholders,
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align global facilities strategies and practices,
  • Continuously monitor and identify opportunities for cost optimization and services improvement.

The team consists of highly skilled and experienced real estate professionals.
