ING Luxembourg is looking for an Account Manager Intern from September or October 2026 for at least 6 months.

Please note that only candidates who can provide a valid school convention will be considered.

As an Account Manager Intern, your main tasks will be to:


•    Manage a portfolio of professional clients (Financial Institutions/ Large Corporates/ Funds …) in collaboration with the team of Account Managers and the Relationship Managers

•    Ensure the day-to-day banking follow-up of clients by providing them a daily support (analysis, data management, client events, research, manage the entry into relations with new clients, follow up on payments, respond to clients' expectations and needs via telephone and email….)

•    Follow-up and monitoring of the transactions of our clients (KYT)

•    Ensure a smooth and safe management of clients’ data

•    Strong collaboration within the team and other departments to serve the clients’ needs

•    Respect and improvement of the processes
•    Identify sales-leads and develop cross-selling of products such as electronic banking, foreign exchange, etc

Studies:


•    Studies in Economics/ Banking


Languages:


•    Fluency in French and in English is mandatory
