We are looking for you if...

  • You have a strong background in Windows Server or Linux environment with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • You possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with CyberArk Password Vault maintenance and system administration, you have actively delivered CyberArk solutions while working on implementation, maintenance, and rollout of new components

Important note:This role does not involve routine operational tasks such as accounts vaulting, un-vaulting, safe’s creation. Background experience in Non Personal Account management would be a good starting point for junior position only.

  • You are proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • You are comfortable working in an Agile development environment.
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • You are a team player with good communication skills.
  • You have a fluent level of English - at least B2 level

You'll get extra points for...

  • Relevant certifications in DevOps or CyberArk.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.
  • Experience with security best practices and compliance standards, especially in the financial sector.
  • Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, or Google Cloud.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining CyberArk Password Vault environments as system administrator, including user and group management, policies, and security configurations.
  • Supporting deployment and integration of CyberArk components within secure environments.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement infrastructure solutions.
  • Writing and maintaining scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve system efficiency.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance and security issues.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the processes and practices.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

The team you'll join

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Windows/Linux administrators with CyberArk Password Vault experience to join our team within the newHubs Spain (based in Madrid).Our team of dedicated professionals is responsible for managing the global CyberArk Password Vault and Privileged Session Manager services for a large financial group, collaborating with colleagues across Europe.

We ensure that all privileged accounts and sessions across the organization are securely managed and monitored. Working in an agile environment, we prioritize collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
