Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic to join our PA Team at ING Bank, you support several ExCo members and/or their direct reports. You work closely with management team providing administrative support, helping them to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.

Your key responsibilities:

• Act as a first point of contact
• Proactively manage and maintain the agenda of the management team members by scheduling meetings and conference calls, arranging appointments.
• Organize and coordinate meetings and events to ensure all required materials and catering requirements are provided.
• Coordinate travel arrangements 
• Provide administrative support.
• Expenses and credit card reconciliation.
• Miscellaneous support tasks.
• Ad-hoc support for major projects as and when necessary.
• Liaise with other PAs at international level to ensure commitments are met.

Proven track record and technical skills:

• Bachelor´s Degree / Secretarial School
• 2-3 years’ professional experience, international environment experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask and adapt to change.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Proficient English (both spoken and written)
• Ability to work on an international environment.
• Tact and discretion

En ING estamos buscando un/a Secretario/a - Temporal

Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro equipo de Personal Assistants en ING Bank. Darás soporte a varios miembros del ExCo y/o a sus reportes directos. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de management proporcionando apoyo administrativo, ayudándoles a optimizar su tiempo mediante la gestión de tareas secretariales y administrativas.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Actuar como primer punto de contacto
Gestionar y mantener proactivamente la agenda de los miembros del equipo de management, programando reuniones y conference calls, organizando citas
Organizar y coordinar reuniones y eventos, asegurando que se proporcionen todos los materiales necesarios y los requisitos de catering
Coordinar los viajes y desplazamientos
Proporcionar soporte administrativo
Conciliación de gastos y tarjetas de crédito
Tareas de soporte diversas
Soporte ad-hoc para proyectos clave cuando sea necesario
Colaborar con otras PAs a nivel internacional para asegurar el cumplimiento de compromisos

Experiencia demostrada y habilidades técnicas:

Titulación universitaria o escuela de secretariado.
2-3 años de experiencia profesional; experiencia en entornos internacionales es un plus

Capacidad para mantener la calma bajo presión, multitarea y adaptarse al cambio
Sólidos conocimientos de Microsoft Office
Inglés fluido (oral y escrito)
