Il/la Commercial Agreement Support Supervisor, inserito/a all’interno dell’area Commercial Agreement nella Tribe Mortgages Protection and Distribution Channels, si occuperà di fornire assistenza alle Reti Terze (Reti di mediazione creditizia convenzionate) relativamente al prodotto mutuo, mantenendo una relazione costante con i mediatori creditizi per supportarli nell’ambito dell’intero processo mutuo, dalla creazione del lead sino alla stipula.

Darà inoltre supporto alla gestione dei prodotti assicurativi offerti alla clientela dalle Reti convenzionate.

Gestisce infine le richieste di supporto, attualmente veicolate per il prodotto Mutuo, mediante gli appositi strumenti organizzativi (eg. Mailbox dedicata) e, in caso di future opportunità di business, potrà occuparsi anche di altri prodotti, sempre a supporto delle Reti Terze.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gestire la relazione con le Reti Terze con l’obiettivo di realizzare il processo di vendita

  • Gestire tutte le attività assegnate garantendo elevati livelli di customer satisfaction

  • Interfaccia quotidiana con le altre Aree della Banca per risolvere eventuali problematiche operative riscontrate durante il processo di lavorazione

  • Gestione di casistiche complesse e supporto alla risoluzione di qualunque problematica che sia motivo di insoddisfazione o lamentela nella clientela (es. richieste di fattibilità, richieste di revisioni esito, ecc.), con tempistiche adeguate agli SLA definiti dalla Banca

  • Reportistica interna all’area per il prodotto Mutuo: monitoraggio costanteme della produzione attraverso reportistica ad hoc, analizzandone i risultati: analisi numerica, rilievo criticità, supporto e controllo.

  • Controllo della qualità del processo (presentato/erogato/magazzino) attraverso analisi mirate

  • Gestione del magazzino (mantenimento, pulizia e ricircolo)

  • Invio tassi e comunicazioni alle Reti Terze

Educational and experience Qualifications:

  • Laurea in Economia, Finanza, o discipline affini

  • Ottima capacità negoziale

  • Ottime doti comunicative

Working conditions: Full Time

Duration: Contratto a tempo indeterminato
