My COO Academy is dedicated to supporting all COO employees in their growth and development. Whether you're involved in transaction processing, KYC, analytics, customer support, or any other operations function.

We have a vacancy for a Learning Content Developer within the COO Academy for the area of Data and Analytics.
Your new role
As a Learning Content Developer you will be developing Data & Analytics learning content to support COO staff. You will drive the content creation for multiple learning solutions, like instructor-led, Virtual Instructor Led Trainings (VILT), webinars, video, eLearning etc. With a primary focus on online/VILT Operations content creation. The core of your work will be to deliver the best quality learning content and impactful learning experiences to our various learning target audiences of the whole COO domain. Next to this we want to build a learning community within COO, so networking to find inspiring Operations colleagues and part-time trainers is also part of your job. So we can host inspiring COO learning events. Lastly we would like you to be a marketeer of all the learning solutions we provide to our target audience.
What are you going to do
You will produce COO Academy courses on time and aligned with the yearly Learning Plan. With focus on skill based development for everyone in the COO Domain for the capabilities: Driving Change, End-2-End process management & Customer Experience. Next to this you will create learning content for the roles of: Change Experts, Process Experts & Customer Journey Experts.
You will create engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles, with focus on building E-learnings & Virtual Instructor Led Trainings. You will work together daily with experts in (Customer) Operations, as well as with other Academy learning content developers and trainers. You will organise knowledge transfer sessions with Trainers on the developed content. You will keep an eye out for learning trends and developments, best practices, and innovations relevant to (ING’s) Operations practices. You will process changes and feedback to training content in a timely manner.

•Are currently based in Manila
•Have experience in a dynamic Learning environment
•Know how to create engaging (blended) learning solutions
•Can write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
•Are keen to collect feedback to improve the learning content
•You are a networker and know how to build a learning community
•You are creative and curious
•You are eager to learn & explore
•You know how to market learning solutions in an appealing way
