Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead and support change management initiatives within our Oracle EPM Cloud solution. Based in the Philippines, this role within COO Finance supports group finance and other global finance stakeholders across regions, ensuring seamless delivery of change initiatives and continuous improvement of ING’s global management accounting system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Change Management: Act as functional lead on EPM-related change initiatives, ensuring alignment with global finance strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior finance leads and teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver value.
  • Business Analysis: Translate complex business needs into functional and technical requirements for Oracle EPM modules (Cost Allocations, Planning, FCCS, Reporting).
  • Solution Delivery: Work closely with (solution) architects and developers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of EPM enhancements and onboardings of entities.
  • Testing & Training: perform functional testing, drive UAT, develop training materials, and support global user onboarding and change adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements in way of working.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Proven experience in global change management, software implementations and stakeholder engagement across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of management accounting and/or financial planning & advice and financial and management reporting in a banking or financial services context.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, preferably in a Tribe/Squad model.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Smart View, SQL, Oracle Data Management, and Oracle Analytics Cloud is a plus.
  • Certifications in Oracle EPM, Change Management or Business analysis are advantageous.
