The candidate in the Wholesale Banking Operations team will support the activities related to, Reconciliations (Payments, Collections, Tax Payments, Loans, TFS) and related Investigations.

In addition, He/She will support the FO Teams in other daily activities (Lending, Energy, REF, Client Service).

Key responsabilities

- Responsible for balance checking, request for overdraft (Excess Report)

- Reconciliation of Nostro, suspense and Bank of Italy account

- Suspense account and settlement reconciliation

- investigation on issue related to payments and collections

  • Responsible for processing initial checks on manual payments in accordance with Local Manual Payments Procedure
  • Responsible for making signature verification on legal documentation upon Front Office request (Clients and Products) and call backs, if needed
  • Responsible for preparing audit bank confirmations based on data available in local backbone system (IFS)
  • Supporting local and group projects

Educational Qualifications:

  • University degree

Technical, Language and other Specialized skills:

  • Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Accurate with numbers
  • Proactive, self-starter and execution driven
