Reporting to Lending Customer in Life Specialist Manager, the resource is a member of the Lending Customer in life Team in Credit Operations

The Lending Customer in Life Specialist has the responsibility for managing all “post sales” activities for Mortgages and Personal Loans and for supporting and monitoring the Personal Loans on boarding process. Updates and maintains the Lending Customer in Life procedures, takes care of governance on external providers. Main activities in Lending customer in life perimeter: Surroghe Passive, Mortgage cancellation and renewal in public register, Mortgage suspension, Corrections in Credit Bureau, Lending accounting, Write off, Personal Loans on boarding process monitoring and finalization, overdraft evaluation, customer documentation and communications

Key Responsibilities:

• Lending customer in life end-to-end activities finalization

• Governance, monitoring, optimization 

• Effectively manage relation with relevant stakeholders locally and externally (notaries, counterparty banks, providers, credit bureau)

• Update Lending customer in life dashboard, data monitoring

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Finance or Statistics or Economics

• 1+ years of relevant and thorough experience in the retail credit banking sector

• Good knowledge of Mortgage and Personal Loans features

• Ability to analyze, interpret and elaborate data (quantitative analytical skills)

• Understanding, monitoring and analysis ok key drivers and kpi

• Written and spoken English, waystage at least

• Advanced MS Office knowledge (i.e. Excel and Power Point)
