Job Description:

The main purposes will be to perform the interpretation of business rules and functional and not functional requirements to shape technical specification according to the given architectural specification in terms of interaction between systems, data exchanged, transformations etc. according to defined design methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To participate and cooperate to shaping activities

  • To participate to feasibility analysis for new or to-be-updated initiatives (Epic and User Story), evaluating the impacts for IT.

  • To perform detailed technical analysis/ Design

  • To participate in and supporting developers in development phase

  • To participate in IT delivery project planning, execution and stakeholder management

  • To test support and problem determination

  • To participate to and collaborate in the definition of new suppliers and contract requirements

  • To breaking down requirements and technical solution into proper slice (User Story) thoroughly examining the costs, benefits, and risks of various options prior to selecting an approach; explanation/ justification of decisions in a logical and systematic fashion.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent

  • 6+ years experience in the same role in a complex environment

  • Excellent knowledge of IT architecture in place (for the relevant domain) and technical flows

  • Advanced experience in REST & SOAP application services development

  • Experience in front-end solution design

  • Proven experience in application development with JAVA on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot

  • Junit testing, Test Driven Development and Spring Integration testing

  • Good knowledge of issue and code versioning tools (Azure and Git)

  • Good knowledge of DBMS and SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL)

  • Good knowledge of Agile paradigm and Scrum methodology

  • Good knowledge of UML standard

  • Good knowledge of microservices architecture and domain design model

  • Good knowledge of retail banking business

  • Good English knowledge (written and spoken)

  • Synthesis and analysis and Systemic Vision

  • Good Leadership capabilities, good Relation skills and negotiation skills

  • Teamwork

  • Customer centricity orientation

Working conditions: Full Time

Duration: Permanent
