Department Overview

Telecom, Media & Technology and Healthcare is one of our key sectors within ING Wholesale Banking where work with a number of companies and financial sponsors to support their banking needs. We are seeking roles for our Singapore regional office as well in HK, where we maintain another hub for TMT/HC in Asia.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with the sector team members on ongoing live deals for clients and assist the team members on tasks such as performing due diligence, company and industry research, performing financial and credit analyses, assist in the preparation of credit packages and other adhoc tasks;

  • Research specific markets and sub-sectors in the Healthcare and/or Technology industry and develop a database of potential target clients for the chosen markets / sub-sectors;

  • Preparing adhoc reports and presentations as appropriate.

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

  • Full time university student in 2nd, 3rd or final year, and postgraduate student

  • Field of study to be related to finance/business/economics or banking (with evidence of strong academic performance). Students in the medical field including pharmacy with strong interest in finance, may also be considered.

  • Familiarity with the TMT or healthcare sectors in Asia will be helpful

  • Should be familiar with Microsoft Office and financial modelling

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

***The Internship duration will be for 6 months.
