Your responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, send invites, and manage daily agendas.
  • Email Support: Draft, organize, and respond to emails with guidance.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials, agendas, and take meeting notes.
  • Travel Arrangements: Assist with booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Document Handling: Organize files, format documents, and create presentations.
  • Task Tracking: Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items.
  • Internal Communication: Coordinate with other departments or teams.
  • Research: Gather information for reports, briefings, or strategic planning.
  • Event Support: Help organize internal events, workshops, or team meetings.
  • Ad hoc Tasks: Support daily operations and handle urgent requests as needed.

Information about the squad:

Become part of the Business Operation Team in Risk Hub Cluster — large area dedicated to modelling service at all the stages of model lifecycle management, including data collection, model development, model monitoring, model validation, process automation and model implementation.
As a member of our team, you’ll contribute to the seamless operation of the Cluster, which is structured around three core focus areas:
Reporting Support – Delivering insightful, accurate, and timely reports to drive decision-making and ensure transparency.
Business Management – Coordinating strategic initiatives, aligning modeling efforts with business goals, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Financial Management – Overseeing budgeting, cost control, and financial planning to maximize the value of our modeling capabilities.
