We are currently looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn intern to join our Client Services UK Team. This role is ideal for a student who is reliable, proactive, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You will support our experienced Client Services professionals in delivering high-quality service to some of ING's largest corporate clients.

What will you do?

As an Intern within the Client Services UK Team, you will:

  • Support daily operational activities for international corporate clients.
  • Assist with client requests and administrative tasks.
  • Gain insight into cash management, account maintenance, and day-to-day banking operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different countries and business functions.
  • Learn how ING delivers a seamless client experience for large multinational clients.

About the team

The Client Services UK Team plays an important role in providing service to ING's Wholesale Banking clients. Acting as a dedicated point of contact, the team supports clients with their daily banking needs and coordinates requests across ING's international network.

You will become part of a collaborative, international environment where client focus, ownership, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience, build professional skills, and understand how a global bank serves its corporate clients.
