Join Our Campus Event Team at ING!

Are you passionate about recruitment marketing and eager to engage with young professionals? Do you love organizing dynamic events for students and thrive on developing creative solutions? If you have at least 2 years of work experience and answered yes to these questions, we want to hear from you!

The Team

You'll be joining an enthusiastic team of two Event Experts and one intern. We collaborate closely with the Employer Branding team and Trainee managers to attract talented students to our internships, starting positions, and traineeships. Our mission is to support ING’s recruitment marketing efforts towards young professionals by creating engaging content, writing LinkedIn posts, and developing effective marketing and communication strategies through events.

Role and Responsibilities

As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in positioning ING as a top employer in the young professionals market. You'll organize a variety of events, such as in-house days, workshops, lunch lectures, and presentations, to showcase ING as an attractive employer. You'll have the freedom to bring your own innovative ideas to life and make a real impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing in-house recruitment activities and external events with partners like student associations.
  • Collaborating with various ING teams to prepare colleagues for events and inform them about talent attraction.
  • Managing content for the intern journey to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement.

You are enthusiastic, energetic, and able to convey your passion about working at ING and the company culture, through content writing and presenting. You have good planning and organizational skills. You thrive on setting up events and thinking up new branding activities. You’re a team player and enjoy maintaining contact with stakeholders, student associations and students.   

Besides this: 

  • You have a WO or bachelor’s degree, for example in Marketing, Communications or Human Resources  
  • You have experience in organizing events 
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) 
  • You are flexible due to the nature of this role.
