Overview

Leads a team of experts engaged through the EMEA Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), sets the standards for their expertise area and takes responsibility for developing, innovating and safeguarding knowledge in the field of expertise. The team executes and manages the recruitment and onboarding processes for the EMEA WB-only countries to ensure that the talent needs of the organization are met. Works with the business to understand hiring needs and brings to life the employee experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive TA strategy to promote the organization as an Employer of Choice and attract the right talent to support the organization growth for the EMEA region

  • Partner with the broader HR team and key stakeholders to ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with business needs 

  • Dual act as strategic advisor to Business Leaders around the People Agenda, including talent management and development, performance management, total rewards and employee relations to support organizational growth

  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture

  • Manage and constantly review recruitment related polices and processes to ensure operational efficiency

  • Ensure best in class internal customer and candidate experience

  • Perform executive level recruitment as required

  • Maintain executive level contact with potential external candidates

Person Specifications

  • Expert knowledge in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partnering with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar function preferably from the financial services sector

  • 5 +years leadership experience, including virtual teams, permanent and contract resources

  • Experience working in a complex, global matrixed company

  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels.

  • Good organizational skills with an energetic and flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working in a rapidly changing, transformational environment.

  • Experience with executive recruiting preferred
