We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Process and Data Specialist to join our Easy Financing team, of Products tribe in COO Domain.

The responsibility of this team is redesign and transform our processes to ensure that they are the most loved, impactful and valued. To this end, we are responsible for ensuring the quality of consumer lending processes through process improvement and scalability of our operations and our way of working is based on the creation of relationships of trust and quality with our stakeholders from a empowered team where accountability and a good working environment are our pillars.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Process and Data specialist you will:

Designing, transforming and optimizing processes within consumer lending, ensuring scalability, efficiency and an exceptional customer experience. You will be instrumental in continuous improvement, data-driven decision making and alignment with the bank's business objectives.

Analyse, design and improve operational processes related to consumer lending, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Manage and analyse key data for strategic decision making and process improvement.
Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to optimise customer experience and operational efficiency.
Identifying opportunities for automation and digitalisation, contributing to service scalability and participating in transformation projects.
Collaborate with operations, regulatory and business teams to ensure alignment of processes with global strategy.
Ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards in all operations.

- Experience in process design, analysis and optimisation (preferably in banking or financial services)

- Knowledge of data management and analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python/R, etc.)

- Experience in digitalisation and operational transformation projects.

- Customer orientation: Ability to design processes with the best possible user experience in mind.

Monitorearás métricas de rendimiento e implementarás iniciativas para optimizar la experiencia de las personas clientas y la eficiencia operativa.
