Reports to: Product Lead Current Account

As a Current Account Product Expert you will take full end-to-end ownership of the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of the Current Account product and its related services. Your mission is to deliver distinctive customer experience while ensuring profitability and efficient cost management across the entire value chain.

You will work into the Retail Current Account Squad supporting the development and execution of product propositions and commercial initiatives, aimed both at acquiring new customers and enhancing product adoption and usage among existing ones. A key part of your role will be to differentiate the offering through target audience segmentation, addressing specific needs of groups such as young people, mass market, and other strategic segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support commercial activities and go-to-market strategies to drive acquisition and usage.

  • Contribute to the design and execution of differentiated propositions based on customer segmentation.

  • Define and deliver business requirements, assess impacted processes, and support test scenario creation to meet income and volume targets.

  • Monitor product performance, regulatory developments, market trends, and competitor benchmarks to ensure a compelling and compliant customer proposition.

  • Analyze and define business process flows, drafting functional documentation based on stakeholder input and data analysis.

  • Collaborate on product lifecycle management, including performance tracking, marketing initiatives, and innovation strategies.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in Product Management or Current Account.

  • Deep understanding of the Current Account market, including innovation trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive positioning.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Experience in digital onboarding and user experience design principles.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and cross-team settings.
