Junior Workday Integration Specialist

The expected salary for this position: 7 100 - 11 500 PLN gross

We’re looking for you if you:

  • Have experience in software development (commercial or open‑source)

  • Have entry‑level experience with technical consulting or HRIS systems

  • Are familiar with integration technologies & APIs (REST, SOAP, web services)

  • Have hands‑on experience with XML and XSLT

  • Understand core IT fundamentals (data, connectivity, system integrations)

  • Are familiar with cloud concepts

  • Have full professional fluency in English (written & spoken, B2+)

Nice to have (extra points if you bring these):

  • Experience supporting incident management and integration monitoring

  • Experience with break/fix support and regression testing of inbound/outbound interfaces

  • A mindset aligned with clean‑code practices

  • Strong communication skills when working with HR and IT stakeholders

  • A proactive approach — you seek improvements and innovation

  • High attention to detail

Your responsibilities:

  • Grow into a Subject Matter Expert in Workday Integrations, contributing to design and continuous system improvements aligned with business needs

  • Perform Workday administrative tasks, including integrations, tenant configuration, data loads, and upgrades

  • Help manage Production environments, ensuring stability and control

  • Provide support for inbound & outbound integrations, including incident management and monitoring

Information about the team:


We are a technical part of Global HR team at ING delivering HR services for over 50,000 colleagues worldwide. Our main goal is to unify, 
simplify and improve end-user experience in all of our units. To achieve that, we use state of the art solutions including Workday and ServiceNow.
Currently the team is also involved in Global payroll and onboarding of new countries 

We need you if you are an experienced Workday specialist who wants to co-create a fast-growing, ambitious team, is open for challenges and 
wants to daily cooperate with international stakeholders around the world.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer II”.
