Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Collections Process expert to join our Collections Expert Unit, Team of COO Products Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to make the difference by being customers’ partners in times of financial difficulties while protecting bank interest and our way of working is Agile.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Collections Process expert, you will:

Positively contribute to the team responsible for delivering a high-quality recovery collections service.

Lead and coordinate i) strategic projects to enhance collections processes and tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives., ii) Drive the implementation of digital and data-driven solutions to optimize collections performance and modernize collections processes through digitalization and automation.  iii) Provide data-driven insights to optimize recovery strategies and operational efficiency.

Proven experience (5+ years) in process improvement or transformation projects in banking or financial services, preferably in Collections. Deep understanding of Collection processes

Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven mindset.

Advanced Excel and SQL skills; experience with BI tools and SAS is desirable.

High Level of English. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

En ING buscamos un/a Collections Process Expert

Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para incorporarse como Collections Process Expert en nuestra Collections Expert Unit, dentro del equipo de la COO Products Tribe.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es marcar la diferencia siendo partners de nuestros/as clientes en momentos de dificultades financieras, al mismo tiempo que protegemos los intereses del banco. Nuestra forma de trabajar es Agile.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como Collections Process Expert, tendrás que:

• Contribuir de manera positiva al equipo responsable de ofrecer un servicio de recuperación de cobros de alta calidad.
• Liderar y coordinar:
  i) proyectos estratégicos para mejorar los procesos y herramientas de collections, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos del negocio.
  ii) Impulsar la implementación de soluciones digitales y basadas en datos para optimizar el rendimiento de collections y modernizar los procesos mediante digitalización y automatización.
  iii) Proporcionar insights basados en datos para optimizar las estrategias de recuperación y la eficiencia operativa.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Experiencia demostrada (más de 5 años) en proyectos de mejora de procesos o transformación en banca o servicios financieros, preferiblemente en Collections. Conocimiento profundo de los procesos de Collection.
• Grado en ADE, Economía, Ingeniería o similar. Gran capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas; mentalidad orientada a datos.
• Nivel avanzado de Excel y SQL; experiencia con herramientas BI y SAS es deseable.
• Alto nivel de inglés. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.
