Who are we looking for

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to support the Global Head of Private Banking and Wealth Management. This role is essential in ensuring the executive’s time is optimized and that operations run smoothly across the department.

The role requires excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. You are discreet, energetic and a result driven experienced assistant. You have the ability to anticipate to the needs of the heads of lending, proactively manage priorities, therefore you have a can do approach, are creative and not afraid to speak up your mind. You embrace a growth mindset and are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Organize complex international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to support the Global Head’s strategic goals.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and internal use.
  • Arrange meeting logistics, including booking facilities and preparing materials.
  • Act as a liaison between the Global Head and the broader Private Banking team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide high-level administrative support and assist with departmental communications.

Skills

  • You see yourself as a gatekeeper to prioritize the agenda of your managers and are not afraid to ask questions when needed
  • You are able to adapt to changing schedules, priorities and high-pressure situations while maintaining autonomy and accountability.
  • You are able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality, especially when dealing with sensitive information and communications that require a high degree of discretion. 
  • You are proactive and have the ability to anticipate issues and independently take action where required
  • You have excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. 
  • You are able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • You have excellent communicative skills in English and Dutch

Given the nature of the work and access to confidential and sensitive information, the role is deemed to be ‘sensitive’. An extra security clearance is required by the Corporate Special Investigations (CSI) team to be appointed to this role.
