  • UI/UX design capabilities: Able to translate user requirements into clear, intuitive mock-ups and visualizations that meet business expectations.

  • Product innovation mindset: Proactively identifies opportunities for new reporting solutions and enhancements to existing dashboards.

  • First-time-right delivery: Strong ability to deliver high-quality, business-aligned interfaces with minimal need for iterations.

  • Data modelling: Experienced in building and optimizing data logic within Power BI using diverse data sources such as IDL and DM CAN.

  • Project leadership: Capable of managing cross-functional analytical projects, resolving technical impediments, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

  • Mentorship: Able to coach and support junior analysts in Power BI development and best practices.

  • Data analysis proficiency: Comfortable querying IDL and other data sources to perform deep-dive analyses when needed.

  • Additional tools: Familiarity with Think Cell is considered a plus.
