Are you a data-driven leader with a passion for uncovering the stories hidden within numbers? Do you have a curious mind and the ability to inspire that same curiosity in others? We are looking for a Chapter Lead Data Analysis  to lead a team of talented Data Analysts.

In this role, you combine strong data analysis expertise with people leadership. You will help analysts deliver actionable insights, reliable dashboards, experimentation support and performance analyses that improve customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement and business performance.

You will act as a people manager, coach and capability builder for the Data Analysts in your chapter, while staying close to business priorities and ensuring that analysis is clear, trusted, responsibly used and connected to concrete decisions.

Your day to day

As a Chapter Lead Data Analysis I in an Agile Way of Working, you will devote about 40% of your time to lead the Data Analysts in your chapter and help them contribute to Growth priorities. You will also be an active member of the Servicing Squad in the Growth tribe for the rest of 60% of your time.

People leadership and chapter development

  • Lead, coach and develop Data Analysts allocated to Acquisition, Development & Engagement and Martech, supporting both individual growth and team performance.
  • Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback and create development plans aligned with role seniority, business needs and the Data Analysts chapter direction.
  • Support performance management through continuous conversations, fair evaluation input and practical guidance on how impact is demonstrated.

Analytical delivery and business impact

  • Guide analysts in gathering, preparing and analyzing large datasets to deliver robust insights for Growth strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, digital channels and customer journeys.
  • Drive high standards for deep-dive analyses, root-cause analysis, segmentation, campaign analysis, product evaluations and funnel performance analysis
  • Help the chapter translate data into recommendations that improve customer understanding, campaign effectiveness, digital journey performance and business decision-making.
  • Ensure customer analyses and selection of target groups in the context of direct marketing activities and business recommendations for campaigns owned by the Servicing squad
  • Performance & KPIs: You will be expected to drive tangible improvements in our campaigns’ analytics:
    • All campaigns will have performance evaluation updated daily through standardizing and reusing analytical scripts.
    • Increase performance transparency for Growth initiatives that contributes to the creation of continuous customer development programs

Stakeholder leadership and collaboration

  • Act as a key partner for Growth stakeholders, Product Owners, Customer Journey Experts, campaign teams and analytics peers.
  • Create alignment on definitions, data structures, measurement logic and analytical objectives across squads and business domains.
  • Communicate complex analytical topics in a concise, business-friendly way, supporting decisions with clear assumptions, limitations and recommended actions.

What you bring to the team

Data analysis and business expertise

  • Strong experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics or a related data-heavy role, preferably in retail banking, digital, customer analytics or marketing performance.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis techniques: data exploration, KPI design, segmentation, funnel analysis, campaign analysis, dashboarding and insight generation.
  • Proven experience in working with data analysis tools (SAS analytical package, Python, SQL) and BI tools (e.g. Cognos, SAS, Qlikview);
  • Ability to structure complex information and turn it into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle, acquisition, onboarding, engagement, digital performance, marketing or product performance topics is a strong plus.
