Senior Product Manager (Consumer Lending Analytics)

Apply now

Shape the future of consumer lending through data and AI.

Consumer lending is increasingly powered by data, analytics, and intelligent decision-making.

At ING, we're building data-driven products that help customers access credit responsibly while enabling better decisions across pricing, credit decisioning, and collections. As part of Retail Banking Analytics (RBA), you'll work at the intersection of Product Management, Data Science, and Banking Strategy to create products used across ING's international retail banking network.

The products you build here don't serve a single market—they help shape how ING extends credit responsibly across multiple European countries, creating impact at a scale few fintechs or single-market banks can match.

About the Role

As aSenior Product Managerwithin Retail Banking Analytics, you'll own the lifecycle of data-driven products supporting Consumer Lending.

You will work on areas such as credit decisioning, pricing, collections, and related lending capabilities, helping ING transform analytical insights into products that deliver measurable customer and business value.

This is an entrepreneurial role within a global team where you'll collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Analytics, Engineering, Credit Risk, and business functions to identify opportunities, define strategies, and deliver innovative solutions.

Work Model

At ING Hubs Türkiye, flexibility is more than a benefit—it's part of how we work.

Our hybrid working model is designed to balance collaboration, innovation, and personal flexibility. Team members typically come together in our Vadistanbul office for two days per week during three weeks of the month, while one week each month is fully remote.

As part of a globally distributed organization, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple ING locations while contributing to AI solutions that support international banking operations.

What You'll Help Shape

As a Product Manager, you'll help shape data and AI-driven products across the Consumer Lending journey, including:

  • Credit decisioning solutions that improve lending outcomes.
  • Pricing products that balance customer value and commercial performance.
  • Collections capabilities that support effective and responsible repayment strategies.
  • Experimentation frameworks that validate ideas before large-scale implementation.
  • Product strategies that combine business needs, analytics insights, and technology opportunities.

What Success Looks Like

Successful Product Managers combine strong product thinking with analytical curiosity.

You:

  • Translate complex business challenges into structured product opportunities.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and customer needs.
  • Use experimentation and data-driven decision-making to validate product ideas.
  • Collaborate effectively with Data Scientists, Engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Balance customer value, commercial objectives, and regulatory considerations.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy clearly across the organization.

Building Lending Products in a Regulated Environment

Consumer lending products operate within a highly regulated environment where customer outcomes, responsible lending practices, and compliance requirements play an important role in product design.

At ING, we see regulatory requirements as a core part of building scalable and responsible products, helping us create solutions that deliver value for customers while maintaining the highest standards of governance and risk management.

About You

We hire smart people like you for your potential. Our biggest expectation is that you'll stay curious. Keep learning. Take on responsibility. In return, we'll back you to develop into an even more awesome version of yourself.

We're looking for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking, product discovery, and stakeholder collaboration to solve complex business problems.

You likely bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Analytics, Data Science, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related field.
  • A degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, MIS, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Experience delivering data, analytics, or AI-driven products and initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, and experimentation methodologies.
  • Experience working with analytical teams and translating insights into product decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English and Turkish communication skills.
