IT Ops Specialist

We are looking for you, if you:

  • have solid experience with Windows Server and SQL Server environments,
  • have hands-on experience in operational support within production systems,
  • have proficiency in PowerShell scripting,
  • are familiarity with Azure DevOps / Azure Pipelines for automation,
  • have the understanding of lifecycle management, patching, and vulnerability remediation,
  • have strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • have effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Your responsibilities:

  • perform daily operational tasks (BAU), including monitoring, incident response, and routine maintenance,
  • handle client requests and service tickets in line with agreed SLAs,
  • document operational activities and technical procedures according to internal standards,
  • provide application-level support: identify and remediate vulnerabilities and non-compliances,
  • participate in recurring application processes (e.g., daily banking open/close routines),
  • execute lifecycle management tasks: patching, updates, and component maintenance,
  • automate operational workflows using PowerShell and Azure Pipelines,
  • continuously improve and optimize existing processes and procedures,
  • collaborate with development, security, and business teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

Information about the squad:

Our team supports dedicated client end to end on Microsoft technologies—primarily Windows Server and SQL Server.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer II”.
