Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recruitment & Employer Branding Expert to join our Recruitment & Employer Branding Team of Talent & Learning Expert Unit.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Recruitment & Employer Branding Expert you will:

Recruitment:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from day one, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process to the offer stage.
• Conduct initial screening of applicants, including phone interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Advise and support hiring managers in defining recruitment needs and developing effective hiring strategies.
• Select and utilize the most appropriate recruitment tools and channels for each vacancy.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key talent communities and technical niches relevant to the business.
• Stay up to date with recruitment trends and innovative sourcing techniques to ensure best-in-class hiring practices.

Employer branding:

• Drive and enhance employer brand awareness both externally in the market and internally within the company.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to define and execute employer branding campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strengthen the company’s reputation and positioning by participating in certifications, awards, and industry events.

At least 3 years of experience attracting top digital talent

Highly valued previous experience in recruiting IT professionals.

Professional background in human resources, psychology, business administration or related fields.

High level of English and Spanish.

Ability to self-manage, with a positive manner and a strong team and delivery focus.

Proven success of attracting and selecting top talent.

Experience in competencies-based interviews.

Buscamos una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo de Reclutamiento y Marca Empleadora dentro de la Unidad de Personas Expertas en Talento y Aprendizaje.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como persona experta en Reclutamiento y Marca Empleadora, tus funciones incluirán:

Reclutamiento:

• Gestionar de principio a fin el ciclo completo de selección, incluyendo la búsqueda, preselección, entrevistas y acompañamiento de candidaturas hasta la fase de oferta.
• Realizar entrevistas telefónicas iniciales y evaluaciones basadas en competencias.
• Asesorar y apoyar a responsables de contratación en la definición de necesidades y estrategias de selección.
• Seleccionar y utilizar las herramientas y canales de reclutamiento más adecuados para cada vacante.
• Buscar proactivamente talento a través de diversos canales y construir una red sólida para necesidades actuales y futuras.
• Coordinar entrevistas entre candidaturas y equipos de contratación, asegurando una experiencia fluida y positiva.
• Establecer y mantener relaciones a largo plazo con comunidades de talento clave y perfiles técnicos relevantes para el negocio.
• Mantenerse al día sobre tendencias en reclutamiento y técnicas innovadoras de búsqueda para garantizar prácticas de selección de excelencia.

Marca empleadora:

• Impulsar y fortalecer la visibilidad de la marca empleadora tanto externamente en el mercado como internamente en la organización.
• Colaborar con los equipos de marketing y comunicación para definir y ejecutar campañas de marca empleadora en múltiples canales.
• Reforzar la reputación y posicionamiento de la empresa participando en certificaciones, premios y eventos del sector.
