Job Overview 


• This function is a part of Global HR’s Center of Expertise for Talent & Learning. This is a 
group of HR experts who design and improve people programs and processes and are for 
ensuring ING has access to the best new and existing HR tools, processes and initiatives.
• This function is expected to enable business strategy with the most effective people 
solutions, working closely with the HR Business Partners and People Services in delivering 
the People Vision of “Building the capability and engagement of everyone in ING, for 
them to deliver on the purpose and the strategy of the bank”.

Key Responsibilities 


The T&L Intern will have an opportunity to work as a program lead and project manager for 
key talent and learning activities with tasks including but not limited to:


• ORANGE JUMPSTART – partners with the T&L Expert Lead to coordinate program run 
and facilitate the sessions
• Internship Learning Pathway – work directly with the T&L Head in managing the 3-
Month Internship Learning Pathway by helping deliver the engagement sessions, 
communicate program activities and evaluate program impact.
• Learning Operations/Producer - Work with external key stakeholders such as training 
partners / vendors to coordinate for pre-work, quotation, post training evaluation while 
partnering with key internal HR, CPS, Learning Guild, Procurement and Finance
functions to effectively deliver the program.
• Project Manager – each intern will be assigned a project to lead and deliver/transition 
at the end of the 3-Month internship to help design learning solutions and intervention. 
The projects will focus on topics around Talent, Learning, DIB and Wellbeing.


Key Capabilities/Experience
• Has good communication skills and able to articulate his/her/their thoughts
• Practical experience of building strong relationships 
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
