Job Description:

Reporting to Collection Manager, the resource is a member of the Collection Team. 

The Retail Credit Collection Team covers the full area of lending (Residential Mortgages, Credit Cards, Overdrafts, and Personal Loans) due to collect all the credit of ING Italy. From this perspective, the Credit and Collection Data Analyst Specialist is responsible for updating and maintaining the Local Retail Credit Collection Policy, defining credit strategy to entrust position to Debt Collection Agencies, controls and governance on external providers and Law Firms, create specific process due to prioritize new activities and achieve all Collection and KPIs goals (local and global). 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collection strategy, rules and workflow

• Governance, monitoring, optimization 

• Effectively manage relation with relevant stakeholders locally and in Head Office

• Collaborate for the Top Management information pack preparation

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Finance or Statistics or Economics or Engineering

• 3+ years of relevant and thorough experience in the retail credit and collection risk banking sector

• Good knowledge of regulatory framework

• Ability to analyze, interpret and elaborate data (quantitative analytical skills)

• Understanding key drivers within the Italian unsecured lending and mortgage market

• Experience on lending via digital channels

• Expert in Decision Engine credit strategy management and is a plus

• Fluent English
