All’interno dell’area Investments & Wealth, Il/La Financial Advisors & Wealth Training Stageur affiancherà il/la Financial Advisors & Wealth Training Coordinator nel supporto alle attività formative dedicate alla rete dei consulenti finanziari ING. L’obiettivo dello stage è offrire un’esperienza formativa concreta nel mondo della formazione finanziaria, contribuendo alla progettazione, organizzazione e monitoraggio delle iniziative di training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborare alla raccolta e analisi dei bisogni formativi della rete, in relazione ai prodotti e servizi offerti.
• Supportare la progettazione e l’organizzazione di corsi di formazione, sia in presenza che da remoto.
• Contribuire alla gestione operativa della piattaforma di formazione e al monitoraggio dei KPI formativi.
• Partecipare alla manutenzione del catalogo corsi, proponendo aggiornamenti e integrazioni.
• Interagire con team interni e fornitori esterni per garantire la coerenza dei contenuti formativi.
• Supportare la preparazione di materiali didattici e reportistica post-formazione.

Educational/Professional background:

• Laurea in corso o appena conseguita in Economia, Finanza, Scienze della Comunicazione o affini.
• Interesse per il settore finanziario e per la formazione professionale.
• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint).
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
• Capacità organizzative, precisione e orientamento al lavoro in team.
• Proattività, curiosità e voglia di apprendere.
